3. Order Processing
3.1 Order Placement and Confirmation
Clicking the "Submit Payment" button constitutes a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart according to these terms
You bear full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all order details, including product specifications, quantities, shipping address, and customization options before submitting payment

After the 24 hour cancellation window has expired, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
This strict cancellation policy exists because production of your custom made products begins immediately after the 24 hour window expires
Once production has commenced, significant resources and materials have been allocated specifically to your order, making cancellation impossible
Refunds for cancelled orders within the allowed 24 hour period will be processed within 1 to 2 working days
3.3 Product Availability and Substitutions
All products listed on impossiblestickers.com are subject to availability of materials and production capacity
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, in rare cases items may become unavailable after your order is placed
In the event of complete order unavailability, your order will be cancelled in its entirety and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
In the event of partial order unavailability, we will dispatch all available items from your order
For any unavailable items, a proportional refund will be issued
You will be notified via email of any availability issues and will have the option to wait for restocking or proceed with a partial order
3.4 Payment Terms and Authorization
You guarantee and warrant that you are fully authorized to use the payment method provided during checkout
Payment is processed immediately at the time of order placement through secure payment gateways

You will be notified if production delays beyond standard timeframes are anticipated
Because products are custom made, they cannot be resold or repurposed for other customers
4.2 Product Specifications
You are responsible for ensuring that all customization details, including sizes, colors, text, and design specifications, are correct before submitting your order
WishBG will produce items exactly as specified in your order confirmation
Errors in customer provided specifications cannot be grounds for returns or refunds unless WishBG made an error in production
We recommend carefully reviewing all customization previews before completing your purchase
5. Delivery Conditions
5.1 Shipping Methods and Timeframes
All orders are shipped via standard Registered Mail through the official postal service of Bulgaria
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
European Countries: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch date
International Destinations Outside Europe: 5 to 12 working days from dispatch date
These timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement
Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, and public holidays in both Bulgaria and the destination country
Actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local postal service efficiency, and other factors beyond our control
5.2 Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
WishBG is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer
Address changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been dispatched
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order
5.3 Delivery Limitations and Force Majeure
WishBG is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, government actions, or failures of third party shipping providers
In the event of significant unforeseen delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated delivery estimates
All orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 30 calendar days of the order date, or a full refund will be automatically issued
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
6. Return and Refund Policy

For hygiene reasons, certain product categories may not be eligible for return once opened or used

6.5 Non Returnable Items
Custom made products that were produced according to your exact specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective or were produced incorrectly by WishBG
Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless there was an error in the customization made by WishBG
Digital products or downloadable content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded
7. Intellectual Property Rights
