Back in the late 1980s, fitting a set of ACT mesh wheels to your BMW was a statement. The brand, operating out of Germany and closely linked to the Ronal manufacturing network, produced some of the cleanest basketweave designs the aftermarket had ever seen. Their 15- and 16-inch cast aluminum wheels hit a sweet spot — light enough to improve acceleration and braking, aggressive enough to fill the arches on an E30 or E28 without looking overdone. Decades on, those wheels still hold up, but center caps take a beating. Sun cracks the plastic, road salt eats the finish, and the printed logo fades to a ghost of itself. A 3D domed emblem reverses all of that. The emblem is built on a premium vinyl base carrying a full-color, high-resolution reproduction of the ACT logo. Over the print, a thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin is applied, creating a smooth, raised surface that catches light the way the original badge once did. The resin is engineered to resist scratches, repel water, block ultraviolet radiation, and withstand the thermal cycling that comes with daily driving in any climate. The adhesive backing is a pressure-sensitive acrylic film; peel the liner, center the emblem, press for thirty seconds, done. Sizes span 20 to 120 mm, with custom diameters available on request.
