Each emblem is produced by printing the ACT logo on premium vinyl at high resolution, then applying a thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin over the surface. The cured dome has a glass-like clarity that makes the logo pop, and the hardened resin shrugs off scratches, water, UV exposure, and road chemicals without degrading. The adhesive layer is a pressure-sensitive acrylic film covered by a peel-away paper backing. Installation could not be easier: wipe the cap clean, remove the backing, place the emblem, press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent and handles highway speeds, automatic car washes, and temperature extremes without lifting.
