The manufacturing process begins with a precision print of the ACT logo on UV-resistant vinyl, followed by a controlled pour of optically clear polyurethane resin. The resin flows to the edges of the vinyl disc and self-levels into a perfectly smooth dome with no bubbles, wrinkles, or distortion. After curing, the surface is hard enough to resist stone chips and key scratches, chemically bonded enough to survive car-wash detergents and degreasers, and UV-treated to prevent any yellowing over time. The waterproof seal means rain, snow, and road spray cannot reach the printed layer underneath. A pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive with a protective liner means installation is a peel-and-press affair. Clean, peel, align, stick, hold — thirty seconds and you are done.
