When the Ronal Group absorbed ACT in the 1990s, the brand's independent production came to an end — but the wheels kept rolling. Enthusiasts held onto their sets, restored damaged spokes, refinished curbed lips, and traded clean examples at premiums that would surprise anyone who did not know the backstory. The one part that proved hardest to replace was the center cap, and specifically the badge on its face. These 3D domed emblems exist to close that gap for good. The emblem is built on a vinyl substrate carrying a meticulous reproduction of the ACT logo, printed with solvent-based inks rated for multi-year outdoor exposure. A controlled pour of polyurethane resin covers the surface, curing into a crystal-clear dome that gives the badge a distinctive three-dimensional look. The resin is scratch-resistant enough to handle everyday driving hazards, waterproof enough to survive any climate, and UV-stable enough to sit in direct sunlight without fading or turning amber. Mounting is effortless. The back of each emblem carries a pre-applied layer of pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive under a peel-away liner.
