Over that printed surface, a thick, controlled pour of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin is applied and allowed to self-level into a perfectly smooth, bubble-free dome. The cured dome creates a glass-like surface with genuine three-dimensional depth that makes the logo appear to float beneath a clear lens.
