When the Demon 170 ran its record-setting 8.91-second quarter mile at 151 miles per hour, the NHRA had a problem. Any production car running under nine seconds was technically required to have a full roll cage and a parachute before it could compete at sanctioned events. The Demon 170 did not have either, because it was a street-legal production car with airbags and a warranty. So the NHRA effectively banned it from competition in stock form — one of the very few times a factory vehicle has been too fast for organized drag racing. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems bring a piece of that record-breaking reputation to your wheels. Each emblem is printed on premium automotive vinyl at full resolution with fade-resistant inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, curing into a scratch-resistant, waterproof, UV-protected surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel the liner, set the emblem, press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent and survives everything from burnouts to blizzards. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm.
