The Viper's tires have always been among the widest fitted to any production car. The first generation used 335-millimeter rear tires — enormous by early 1990s standards — and later models went even wider. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, curing into a scratch-resistant, waterproof, UV-stable surface.
