Ducati’s Cucciolo bicycle engine marked the company’s move into motorcycling after the Second World War. This tank surface accessory is intended for a suitable section of a motorcycle fuel tank, where it helps protect against everyday scuffs and scratches. A premium vinyl base topped with a 3D domed resin coating forms its layered construction, providing a defined surface and a decorative finish for regular motorcycle use. The self-adhesive backing allows the protector to be placed within the designated tank section using its integrated adhesive construction. Application is for FLAT SURFACES ONLY, making careful selection of the available tank area essential before fitting. The scratch-resistant, waterproof, tear-resistant and UV-resistant build is suited to changing outdoor conditions and helps protect the covered surface during normal riding and storage. It is guaranteed to retain a neat appearance during outdoor use, providing an owner-confirmed appearance benefit without establishing a duration or lifetime. Refined Resin gives the presentation a decorative character, while the Resin Elite name complements the practical protective purpose. The accessory addresses surface marks rather than impacts and does not imply complete coverage of every part of the tank. Its defined shape and layered materials make it suitable for owners who want to manage visible everyday wear while maintaining a coordinated appearance.
