Ferrari's Virtual Short Wheelbase system uses rear-wheel steering to make front-engine V12 cars feel smaller and more agile than their physical dimensions suggest. At low speeds, the rear wheels turn in the opposite direction to the fronts, effectively shortening the wheelbase for tighter maneuvers. At high speeds, the rear wheels turn in the same direction as the fronts, enhancing stability during high-speed lane changes and sweeping corners. The system was first introduced on the F12tdf and has since been refined through multiple generations on the 812 Superfast and 812 Competizione. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that advanced chassis engineering. The Ferrari shield is reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel the protective liner, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm.
