The Ferrari Superamerica featured one of the most unusual roof mechanisms in automotive history — the Revocromico rotating glass roof that pivoted backward in a single piece, transforming the car from a coupe to a targa in under ten seconds. The electrochromic glass could also be darkened at the touch of a button, providing shade without removing the roof entirely. Only 559 units of the Superamerica were built between 2005 and 2006, and the 5.7-liter V12 produced 533 horsepower through either a six-speed manual or the F1 paddle-shift gearbox.
