The GMC Jimmy was the brand's original SUV, produced from 1970 through 2001 in both full-size and compact variants. The full-size Jimmy — essentially a two-door Chevrolet Blazer with GMC trim — became a symbol of outdoor adventure in the 1970s and 1980s, with its removable fiberglass top allowing it to convert from a closed SUV to an open-air vehicle in minutes. The compact S-15 Jimmy, introduced in 1983, brought the SUV concept to a more manageable size and proved enormously popular with families and commuters who wanted four-wheel-drive capability without the bulk of a full-size truck platform. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems honor that classic SUV heritage. Each emblem features the bold red GMC lettering reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the entire print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film behind a protective liner. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling.
