Hamann's sport spring kits are engineered from high-tensile chrome-silicon steel that provides a progressive spring rate — meaning the spring becomes firmer as it is compressed further. This progressive design allows the springs to deliver a comfortable ride over small imperfections while resisting excessive body roll during aggressive cornering. Each spring kit is designed specifically for the vehicle's weight and suspension geometry, ensuring that the lowered ride height does not cause the suspension to run out of travel under normal driving conditions. The springs are shot-peened and epoxy-coated for corrosion resistance, and they carry a manufacturer's warranty for durability. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that engineered suspension upgrade. Each emblem features the Hamann badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the entire print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface that blocks UV radiation. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film behind a protective liner. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds.
