Carbon fiber is the signature material of Hamann Motorsport. The company operates a dedicated carbon-fiber manufacturing facility where aerodynamic components are produced using autoclave-cured prepreg carbon — the same process used by Formula 1 teams and aerospace manufacturers. The resulting components are lighter, stiffer, and more dimensionally accurate than parts made using wet-layup or infusion methods, and they exhibit the tight, uniform weave pattern that distinguishes high-quality visible carbon from cheaper alternatives. Every Hamann carbon-fiber part is finished with multiple layers of UV-resistant clear coat to prevent yellowing and surface degradation when exposed to sunlight. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that carbon-fiber craftsmanship. Each emblem features the Hamann logo reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the entire print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film behind a protective liner. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond sets permanently — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters upon request. Each order includes one emblem.
