The self-healing thermoplastic urethane film protects painted surfaces from stone chips, road debris, and minor abrasion damage that is inevitable during daily driving, and it is particularly important on carbon-fiber components where paint repairs are more complex and expensive than on steel or aluminum panels. Hamann uses premium films from leading manufacturers, applied by trained technicians using a wet-installation process that eliminates bubbles and ensures a seamless, invisible finish. The film can be left indefinitely or removed without damaging the underlying surfaces. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that protectionist philosophy. Each emblem features the Hamann logo reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel the protective liner, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond sets permanently — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm.
