Hamann's wheel spacer kits are precision-engineered components that widen the vehicle's track width by pushing the wheels outward from the hub face. Each spacer is manufactured from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy — one of the strongest aluminum alloys available — and is machined to tolerances measured in hundredths of a millimeter. The spacers are available in thicknesses from 5 to 30 millimeters and are hub-centric, meaning they maintain the factory centering of the wheel on the hub for vibration-free performance at any speed. Extended wheel bolts or studs are included with each kit to ensure proper clamping force. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems sit on the wheels that these spacers push outward. Each emblem features the Hamann logo reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel the protective liner, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond sets permanently — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm.
