Each wheel consists of a forged center section, a forged outer barrel, and a forged inner barrel that are assembled with aerospace-grade titanium hardware and sealed with a proprietary O-ring system for an airtight fit. The three-piece construction allows HRE to offer virtually unlimited combinations of width, offset, and concavity — each wheel is built to the customer's exact specifications, ensuring perfect fitment on any vehicle platform. The individual components can be finished in different colors and textures, creating two-tone and three-tone designs that are impossible with one-piece construction. The Series S1 and S2 lines showcase this modular approach at its finest. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that three-piece forged craftsmanship. Each emblem features the HRE badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel the protective liner, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm.
