The Opel Omega Evolution 500 — built by Irmscher in a run of 500 units required for DTM homologation — was a touring-car homologation special based on the Omega 3000 GSi. Irmscher tuned the 3.0-litre 24-valve inline-six engine to produce approximately 230 horsepower with high-lift camshafts and improved intake and exhaust manifolds, and fitted the car with wider steel wheel arches, 18-inch wheels, and an adjustable rear spoiler with a deployable Gurney flap for aerodynamic downforce management. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems honor that Swabian engineering heritage with meticulous build quality. Each emblem begins as a precision-cut vinyl disc printed at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks chosen for outdoor durability. A generous pour of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin is then applied, self-leveling into a flawless dome that adds visual depth and a glass-like three-dimensional effect. Once cured, the resin shrugs off gravel spray, resists brake-dust corrosion, and refuses to yellow even on vehicles parked outdoors year-round. On the back sits a factory-applied layer of industrial acrylic adhesive protected by a peel-away liner. Clean the cap with isopropyl alcohol, remove the liner, position the emblem, and press firmly for half a minute. The bond is permanent on metal, plastic, and painted surfaces — no heat gun, no primer, no tools required.
