The plant's body shop uses over 300 robots for the self-piercing riveting, adhesive bonding, and flow-drill screwing processes required to assemble aluminum structures. Castle Bromwich has produced the XJ, XK, and F-Type, maintaining a manufacturing heritage that represents decades of British automotive craftsmanship in the heart of England's automotive heartland. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems honor that manufacturing legacy. Each emblem features the Jaguar leaper reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters on request.
