Dana axles have been a cornerstone of Jeep's off-road capability for decades, providing the strength and durability needed to handle the enormous forces generated during extreme off-road driving. The current Wrangler Rubicon and Gladiator Rubicon use Dana 44 axles with electronic locking differentials front and rear, providing maximum traction when both axles lock and distribute torque equally to all four wheels. The upgraded Dana 44 units used in the Rubicon feature thicker tubes, larger ring gears, and higher-capacity bearings than the standard Dana 44 axles. The Wrangler Rubicon 392 and Rubicon Xtreme use the even stronger Dana heavy-duty axles for maximum strength under V8 torque loads. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that heavy-duty axle engineering. Each emblem features the Jeep badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters upon request.
