The Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator are manufactured at the Toledo Assembly Complex in Toledo, Ohio — the city that has been the home of Jeep manufacturing since Willys-Overland began building military Jeeps during World War II. Toledo's connection to the Jeep brand spans over eighty years, making it one of the longest continuous automotive manufacturing relationships in North America. The current Toledo North plant was purpose-built for Wrangler production using state-of-the-art flexible manufacturing processes that allow multiple body styles, powertrains, and trim levels to be assembled on the same line. The workforce in Toledo takes enormous pride in building America's most iconic off-road vehicle. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems carry that Toledo manufacturing heritage. Each emblem features the Jeep grille reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters upon request.
