KTM presented its first Duke motorcycle in 1994, adding another factual milestone to the company’s long history. This tank protector brings a different kind of practical value to a motorcycle by helping protect a suitable flat area of the fuel tank from everyday scuffs and scratches. The construction uses a premium vinyl base beneath a 3D domed resin coating, producing both a protective surface layer and a raised decorative finish. Its self-adhesive backing is designed for straightforward attachment to a compatible flat section of the tank. The material is confirmed as scratch-resistant, waterproof, tear-resistant and UV-resistant, so it offers measured resistance to the wear associated with regular outdoor exposure. The owner also guarantees that it will retain a neat appearance during outdoor use. Noble Edition visual styling and Branded Line descriptive details give the protector a finished character suited to a range of motorcycle appearances. The supplied labels describe its style and do not change the confirmed material construction. This accessory addresses surface scuffs and scratches rather than impact forces, so it should not be described as impact-absorbing or as protection against heavy contact. Apply it only where the fuel tank has a suitable flat area capable of supporting direct contact. It is not intended for curved, rounded or contoured portions of the tank, and no suitability beyond a flat application area is implied.
