The Land Rover Defender Works V8 was a limited-edition model created by the Jaguar Land Rover Classic division to celebrate the Defender's 70th anniversary in 2018, featuring a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine producing 405 horsepower installed in the classic Defender body. Only 150 examples were produced — in both 90 and 110 wheelbase configurations — each hand-built at the Classic Works facility in Coventry with upgraded brakes, suspension, ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, and unique 18-inch alloy wheels. The Defender Works V8 bridged the gap between the classic Defender's departure and the new Defender's arrival, demonstrating the enduring appeal of the original design while showcasing the potential of modern powertrain technology. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems honor that 70th anniversary Defender. Each emblem features the Land Rover badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters upon request.
