The bonded aluminium chassis became the foundation for the Elise, Exige, Evora, and ultimately the Emira, with each generation refining the concept while maintaining the fundamental advantage of exceptional rigidity at minimal weight. This chassis technology — developed by Lotus's engineering team and protected by multiple patents — has been licensed to other manufacturers and adapted for use in vehicles ranging from city cars to commercial vehicles. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems carry that chassis innovation heritage. Each emblem features the Lotus badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters on request.
