The original Lotus Elise S1 — launched in 1996 — was a revolution in sports car design that proved Colin Chapman's lightweight philosophy could be applied to a modern production vehicle with dramatic results. Each emblem features the Lotus badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film.
