The Lotus Evija hypercar features the most dramatic application of aerodynamic principles ever seen on a road car, with massive Venturi tunnels carved through the rear bodywork that channel air from the roof and sides through the body to generate enormous downforce while creating one of the most visually arresting rear-end designs in automotive history. The tunnels are directly inspired by the ground-effect principles that Lotus pioneered in Formula One with the Lotus 78 and 79, but applied vertically through the body rather than horizontally beneath it. The active rear wing, front canards, and underbody diffuser work in concert with the tunnels to produce a comprehensive aerodynamic package that generates sufficient downforce to keep the 2,000-horsepower hypercar stable at maximum speed. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems carry that Evija aerodynamic drama. Each emblem features the Lotus badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film.
