The Mazda Vision Coupe concept — unveiled at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show — is the purest expression of Kodo design's evolution into a mature, minimalist aesthetic that uses light and shadow on simple, continuous surfaces to create beauty through subtraction rather than addition. The Vision Coupe's elegantly proportioned body features almost no character lines or sharp edges, relying instead on mathematical surface transitions that create a shifting interplay of reflections as the viewer moves around the car. The concept previewed the design direction for Mazda's large-vehicle platform and influenced the production design of the CX-60, CX-70, CX-80, and CX-90. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems channel that Vision Coupe design ethos. Each emblem features the Mazda badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters on request.
