SkyActiv-Body is Mazda's lightweight yet exceptionally rigid body construction technology that uses optimised material placement, straight frame structures, and continuous load paths to achieve a body that is both 8 percent lighter and 30 percent more rigid than previous designs. The increased rigidity provides better handling precision because the suspension geometry remains more consistent under cornering loads, while the reduced weight improves acceleration, braking, fuel efficiency, and the overall dynamic character of the vehicle. SkyActiv-Body uses a higher percentage of high-tensile and ultra-high-tensile steel in critical structural areas, placing stronger materials precisely where they are needed while using lighter materials in areas where maximum strength is not required. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that lightweight body engineering. Each emblem features the Mazda badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters on request.
