The design studio at Mazda's Hiroshima headquarters uses a process called reflection management, where designers carefully control how light flows across each body panel to create the impression of a living surface that changes its character with every shift in angle and lighting condition. This sculptural approach to design requires exceptional skill and patience, with designers spending months refining individual surfaces until the interplay of light and shadow creates the emotional impact that the Kodo philosophy demands. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that sculptural design mastery. Each emblem features the Mazda badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters upon request.
