The Mazda KAI Concept — unveiled at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show — previewed the design direction for the fourth-generation Mazda3, featuring a refined evolution of Kodo design that used fewer, more subtly sculpted body surfaces to create a visual impact through the play of light and shadow rather than through complex character lines and creases. The KAI Concept demonstrated Mazda's design maturity and confidence — the willingness to use restraint and subtlety rather than busy surfacing to create visual drama. The production Mazda3 that followed closely adhered to the KAI Concept's design principles, with the fastback hatchback bodystyle in particular faithfully translating the concept's flowing silhouette into a production vehicle. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems carry that design concept forward. Each emblem features the Mazda badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters on request.
