Gianpiero Moretti was not just the founder of Momo — he was a decorated racing driver in his own right, competing in IMSA sports-car racing for nearly four decades. In 1998, at the age of 58, Moretti achieved the crowning moment of his driving career by winning the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring, and the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen in a Ferrari 333 SP that carried the Momo livery.
