Momo's RF Series wheels use a rotary flow-forming process that spins the barrel of the wheel under high pressure and heat, stretching and compressing the aluminum to increase density and strength while reducing weight by approximately fifteen percent compared to conventional cast wheels. The result is a wheel that approaches the strength-to-weight ratio of a forged wheel at a fraction of the cost — a direct application of the manufacturing efficiency that Moretti demanded from the beginning. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems match the exacting standards Momo applies to every product it builds. Built on a premium vinyl substrate, each carries a full-color reproduction of the Momo badge. A thick application of UV-resistant polyurethane resin forms a smooth, raised dome that catches light and gives the logo a three-dimensional appearance. The cured resin handles stone impacts, brake dust, jet-wash pressure, and years of sun exposure without scratching, peeling, or yellowing. Installation is a thirty-second job. Wipe the cap surface clean, peel the backing from the pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, align the emblem, and push down firmly. The bond locks to metal, plastic, and painted surfaces on contact, with no clips, screws, or special tools needed. Sizes run from 20 mm to 120 mm, covering every Momo wheel cap from a set of Momo Sting wheels to the latest RF Series forged designs.
