A thick application of UV-resistant polyurethane resin is poured over the print, forming a smooth, raised dome that catches light and gives the logo a pronounced three-dimensional appearance. The cured resin is engineered to handle stone impacts, brake-dust buildup, jet-wash pressure, road-salt corrosion, and years of direct sun exposure without scratching, peeling, or yellowing. Installation is a thirty-second job. Wipe the cap surface clean, peel the backing from the pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, align the emblem, and push down firmly. The bond locks to metal, plastic, and painted surfaces on contact, with no clips, screws, or special tools needed. Full cure takes twenty-four hours. Standard sizes span 20 mm to 120 mm, accommodating everything from a 991 Carrera S to the latest Macan. Custom measurements are available for any cap that falls outside the standard range.
