Once cured, the resin is hard enough to shrug off gravel spray, chemically stable enough to resist brake-dust corrosion and road-salt exposure, and UV-treated to prevent yellowing even on cars parked outdoors year-round. The waterproof seal is complete — no moisture or contaminant reaches the printed surface beneath. On the back sits a factory-applied layer of industrial acrylic adhesive protected by a peel-away paper liner. Clean the cap with isopropyl alcohol, remove the liner, position the emblem, and press firmly for half a minute. The bond is permanent on metal, plastic, and painted surfaces — no heat gun, no primer, no tools required.
