The 24 Hours of Nürburgring is one of the most brutal endurance events in motorsport, combining Grand Prix-level speed with the Green Hell's punishing kerbs, elevation changes, and unpredictable weather. Rays has supplied forged wheels to multiple class-winning entries at the event, using the Nordschleife as a proving ground for the same technologies that appear in the Volk Racing and Gram Lights catalogs. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems match the craftsmanship Rays puts into every forging. Built on a premium vinyl substrate, each carries a full-color reproduction of the Rays badge. A thick application of UV-resistant polyurethane resin forms a smooth, raised dome that catches light and gives the logo a three-dimensional appearance. The cured resin handles stone impacts, brake dust, jet-wash pressure, and years of sun exposure without scratching, peeling, or yellowing. Installation is a thirty-second job. Wipe the cap surface clean, peel the backing from the pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, align the emblem, and push down firmly. The bond locks to metal, plastic, and painted surfaces on contact, with no clips, screws, or special tools needed. Whether you are running a pair of 57CRs or a freshly unboxed set still in the bags, these emblems fit any cap recess from 20 mm to 120 mm in diameter. Custom sizes are available on request, and each order includes one emblem.
