A full-color reproduction of the Ronal emblem is printed on premium vinyl using fade-resistant inks rated for years of sunlight. The dome is crystal-clear polyurethane resin cured to a hard, transparent finish — no bubbles, no imperfections. That cured dome resists scratches, blocks water, deflects UV radiation, and handles thermal cycling from winter frost to summer blacktop. The adhesive is an industrial-grade acrylic pressure-sensitive film rated for permanent outdoor bonding. Peel the liner, set the emblem, press for thirty seconds, and the job is complete. Full bond strength develops within twenty-four hours and holds through every condition the car encounters. Standard sizes span 20 mm to 120 mm, accommodating everything from a set of R54s to show-spec builds. Custom measurements are available for any cap outside the standard range.
