The Vossen CV Series is the brand's fully forged line, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billets on multi-axis CNC mills in Vossen's Miami facility. Every wheel in the CV range is made to order — the buyer specifies diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish, and the wheel is cut, finished, and shipped as a one-off piece. These 3D domed center cap emblems sit at the center of every concave profile as a clean finishing touch. Built on a premium vinyl substrate, each emblem carries a full-color, high-resolution reproduction of the Vossen badge. A thick application of UV-resistant polyurethane resin forms a smooth, raised dome that catches light and gives the logo a pronounced three-dimensional appearance. The cured resin handles stone impacts, brake dust, jet-wash pressure, and years of direct sun exposure without scratching, peeling, or yellowing. Installation is a thirty-second job. Wipe the cap surface clean, peel the backing from the pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, align the emblem, and push down firmly. The bond locks to metal, plastic, and painted surfaces on contact, with no clips, screws, or special tools needed. Standard sizes span 20 mm to 120 mm, accommodating everything from a pair of HF-7s to show-spec builds. Custom measurements are available for any cap outside the standard range.
