Genichi Kawakami became Yamaha Motor’s first president, providing a useful historical fact as the company began building its own motorcycle identity. This tank protector serves a separate everyday purpose by helping shield a suitable fuel-tank surface from the scuffs and scratches encountered during normal use. The Lux Series name gives it a refined descriptive character, while the Luxury Pro Line styling supports a coordinated and polished appearance. Its construction uses a premium vinyl base topped with a 3D domed resin coating, accompanied by a self-adhesive backing. Apply the product only to a suitable flat area of the motorcycle fuel tank, where it can help protect that permitted surface against everyday marks. The build is scratch-resistant, waterproof, tear-resistant and UV-resistant, providing confirmed resistance properties for regular exposure during outdoor use. Its neat appearance is guaranteed to be retained throughout outdoor use. The raised resin finish adds depth to the surface, while the vinyl base provides the underlying structure for the self-adhesive product. This combination of defined styling, layered construction and practical resistance makes the tank protector useful for riders who want to coordinate the motorcycle’s appearance and care for the specified flat area against routine scuffs and scratches.
