CrabWalk is one of the most visually dramatic features in the GMC Hummer EV. The four-wheel-steering system turns the rear wheels at the same angle as the front wheels — up to ten degrees — allowing the vehicle to move diagonally at low speeds. This capability is invaluable for navigating tight parking situations, threading through narrow trails, and positioning the vehicle precisely in situations where conventional steering would require multiple-point turns. The feature was developed specifically for the Hummer EV platform and is enabled by the electric rear drive unit's ability to accommodate the necessary steering linkage geometry. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that headline-grabbing technology. Each emblem features the GMC badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the entire print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface that blocks UV radiation and handles brake-dust contamination. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel the protective liner, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling.
