Hamann's sport air filter systems replace the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow alternative that allows the engine to breathe more freely at high RPM. The systems use either reusable cotton-gauze filter elements or carbon-fiber airbox assemblies with enlarged intake openings that draw cooler air from the front of the vehicle. The increased airflow typically adds between 5 and 15 horsepower on its own, and when combined with an ECU remap and sport exhaust system, the cumulative gains can reach 50 to 100 horsepower depending on the base engine. The reusable filter elements can be cleaned and re-oiled for continued use, eliminating the cost of replacement paper filters. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems complement that intake upgrade. Each emblem features the Hamann badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting color accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the entire print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface that blocks UV radiation. The adhesive is a pre-applied industrial acrylic film behind a protective liner. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds.
