The Jaguar XJ13 is one of the most beautiful racing cars ever built and one of the most tragic stories in motorsport history. Designed by Malcolm Sayer in the mid-1960s as Jaguar's Le Mans challenger, the XJ13 featured a mid-mounted 5.0-liter V12 engine producing approximately 500 horsepower in a lightweight aluminum monocoque chassis. The car was never raced because British Motor Corporation management redirected resources away from motorsport, and the sole prototype was famously damaged during a demonstration run at MIRA in 1971. The XJ13 was painstakingly restored and is now one of the crown jewels of the Jaguar Heritage collection. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems honor that unraced masterpiece. Each emblem features the Jaguar leaper reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at high resolution with fade-resistant solvent inks. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film.
