The Jaguar XKSS is the road-legal version of the Le Mans-winning D-Type, and it is one of the rarest and most valuable cars in the world. Only sixteen original XKSS models were built in 1957 before a catastrophic fire at the Browns Lane factory destroyed the remaining partially completed cars and much of the factory's tooling. Steve McQueen's ownership of an XKSS — which he called the most beautiful car in the world — added Hollywood glamour to the car's already extraordinary provenance. In 2016, Jaguar Classic built the nine remaining cars from the original 1957 production run using the original specifications. These 3D domed wheel center cap emblems honor that ultra-rare legend. Each emblem features the Jaguar badge reproduced on premium automotive vinyl at 1,440 dpi with solvent-based inks for lasting accuracy. A thick dome of UV-stabilized polyurethane resin covers the print, forming a crystal-clear, scratch-resistant, waterproof surface. The adhesive is an industrial acrylic film. Clean the cap, peel, position the emblem, and press for thirty seconds. The bond is permanent — no tools, no clips, no drilling. Sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm. Custom diameters upon request.
